check the exhaust does not have a restrictor in side, if so grind out the second pipe. Some also ( if fitted with a restrictor pipe will have a little pipe
near the header bend about two inches long this needs to come off also ), weld it over when removed. may also have a ristrictor in the Variator, this may just be a washer between the pulley faces or a new variator may be required. Try TaffSpeed they have loads of info on these things...
