Passed! More like destroyed them. I saw three guys on sports bikes about 38 miles ahead of me and went for it. I caught up with them as they tipped into a 125 mile an hour right hander. I stayed off the brakes and dived underneath the first one, the shock wave from the "beak" caused his R1 to disintegrate. At the apex I rode round the outside of next one, some of the molten metal pouring from my cam cover ignited fuel leaking from the injectors on his 1000RR and it exploded in a fireball. The third was still ahead, I went for Dynamic mode and lit up the rear as I gassed it away from the apex. I passed him, my rear tyre by this time was spinning so hard that a plasma jet was being omitted and it cut clean through both the fork legs of his highly tuned ex Ron Haslam Fireblade and he was scattered throughout the boarders region.

Typical sports bike riders, cant see why they bother.

Just come back in from a quick ride to try this and despite trying all the modes it won't do it. I'm on Tourance Next, could it be the tyre pressures? Or were you on the Conti? Appreciate the advice as my mate on his RSV R is getting on my nerves saying how slow my LC is:tears

Stu. You need to plug in the Enduro Pro gadget and Fit an £800 pound aftermarket exhaust, lower the tyre pressure by 2.5643psi and switch off the day riding light. Doing a couple of track days may help with the mid corner speed needed to create the 18,000 degrees needed between the tyre and road molecules.

Don't worry about your mates views, he doesn't ride a GS and therefore his view is irrelevant. His RSV will, in any case blow up and have little or no resale value, you can then point out what a knob he is. Hope this helps.:comfort

You need rose tinted glasses mode., :aidan

As a slight aside to this does the plumbed GS have a secret mode like the s1000rr ?

Yep.:thumb I've found it, but it did take some doing:beerjug:

I'll bet it's that new fangled omnipossition indicator switch...! If that's the one, I'm going to retro fit one to my 08 GS, should be able to blow my mate's Busa into the dust then. Or could I save myself some money and just adapt one of the three switches I already have? :beerjug:
