Moroccan street food - In london

Found myself in downtown marrakesh, west london. London’s largest Moroccan community since the seventies

Had a mint tea in the moroccan cafe , then on to Amo's, who cooks and sells street food in the best moroccan styleeee this side of marrakesh.

If you're ever passing the area you must try it. Saves riding to morocco. In fact, instead of riding your GS to the ace cafe for a greasy fry up and to talk about morocco, ride it to Golborne road and have a genuine moroccan street meal .

Amos.

The menu. All cooked fresh in front of you. Eat at the stall or take away.

That's it. It's on Golborne road, almost opposite Bevington road. Amos is only there on a friday and saturday.

The morocan cafe is on the Portobello road, junction of munro mews. Be warned the mosque is around the corner so on a friday the cafe is chocka and very loud.
