Morocco Easter 2012

I hope to do a trip to Morocco over the Easter holiday next year. I would like to explore some of the off road routes and generally experience a bit of the country. I am sure there is stacks of info on the forum which I have yet to go through, at this stage I wondered if there is anyone else planning a trip around the same time or if there is enough interest to get a small group together. Using the bank holidays I have two weeks for the trip.

Fully supported so no luggage to carry on the Pistes and accompanied by staff with many years and many miles of knowledge in Marroc and NW Africa. The option to have your bike transported to the South of Spain (for less than it would cost you to ride it there) also gives you a full 13-14 days riding in Morocco

I have taken a month off from the 19th of march to the 19th April.
I'm looking to head down that way then and would be more than happy to joining a trip.

I feel ready for something more, after a bit of practise this year, and hope to latch onto a trip to somewhere exciting.

Ok so there is some interest to get a group together. Understandably not everyone can commit at this stage.
Dates, I need to do the trip over Easter as I am short on holiday and to get the most out of the time it would make sense going on or around the 30th march and returning on about the 15th April
Route, I want to include a reasonable amount of off road, nothing too extreme but definitely off the beaten track. If anyone has some suggested routes could they circulate them.
Options for travelling down to Morocco, ferry to northern Spain ( if the dates work) or ride down through France over 2 day.


I will pm everyone who has expressed some interest to see if it's possible to get some consensus on dates and the route.
