Tim's original post is from 17 years ago and things have moved on. What forms are you referring to?
the ones to get the bike through customs :0)
As from 1st Jan 2019 the old D16ter procedure cannot be completed in advance. The is is now completed when you enter Morocco.

It's easy and nothing too worry about..
At Tangier Med,
Gave customs guy Logbook and Passport.he walked to his office,returned a few minutes later.
Returned logbook,passport and white slip off paper with your bike details on it....
DO NOT LOOSE IT.....This is your TiP paper for when you exit the country...
Also...
Do not buy tickets for the boat from ppl in the carparking area,,go INTO the Terminal Building too purchase them,despite them saying otherwise.......
