I use both the Michelin and IGN 1:1,000,000 maps, the Michelin is good for the road and the IGN map shows the tracks better. Both from Stanfords

Watch out as you need to buy the latest eddition of this book, as the ROUTE numbers changed last print, make sure that all in a group have the same edition.

Good advise from Bakes, the 'revised' route numbers causes a little confusion. Yes there are several addition routes in the new edition.
Local advise will provide many more as well
