Took my 02 1150 in for an MOT today, the tester said there was a little play in the rear wheel bearing.

1. I'm assuming he meant the final drive bearing, is it adjustable?

2. Could he be mistaken, could it be the swinging arm that has play?

Which seems most likely to you guys :nenau

He passed it, but said that it was something to look at sometime,

More than likely to be the paralever brg not the swing arm brg's... you can renew both brg's if you like/ if your happy to do it or just nip them up a tad that will cure it. Tons of info regarding this job on this site if you search. one of my 1100's failed a awhile ago for the same thing I just ajusted it up to remove the play 'job done. :thumb2

,

None of those.

As the others have said = It's most likely to be the paralever bearings, which can be adjusted, if you don't leave them to long as they can get damaged, which then means that you will have to replace them .
