Top service from them. I've just rang to order two spare keys for my H&B top box and panniers (different key for each)
The gent at Motobins quoted £2.50 per key but suggested that for £4.00 he could supply a barrel and key so all my luggage would have the same locks.
And they had my top box keys and barrels in stock.
He also gave me detailed instructions of how to change them
