Motorcross / enduro shorts advice

After a recent crash on the little bike I've realised that I need a pair
Is there any particular brand thats the best ?
Found these Evs ones which look ok plenty of protection not sure about the chamois crotch


Or Fox ones not so much protection


Have you any advice for me ?

have some dainese shorts - pad on outer hips and a substantial pad for cocyx (spelling?) - other than the pads they are all "mesh" (think string vest) like the torso body armour -

£60 or something? (don't quote me on the price)

Must be similar to these alpinestar ones shouldn't sweat to much. Think i might get the EVS ones seem ok for £35

I use these as well, they do a pair with hard armour over the padding like the Alpinestars, but I thought they were a bit much. Did use a pair of padded rugby shorts for a couple of seasons (about a tenner from Decathlon) which were ok, but didn't have the cocyx padding.

I bought a pair of Forcefield ones at the BMF. When I got them home I was not sure which way round to wear them
I decided that I needed to secure the back passage so thankfully I was right.
Before this I took a hell of a knock in my thigh when I went over the handlebars hence I wanted some more protection.

Ditto same here 7 weeks later i'm still getting bother with my leg
