Motorcycle Rental Malaga

Good morning.

Is anybody out there aware of a good motorcycle rental company in, or near, Malaga? Looking to rent a Suzuki DL650 or similar for five days at the beginning of March. I've consulted Mr Google but would appreciate first hand tips/recommendations.

Malaga and Andalucia

"Hi All,
just returned with my sons from a short spin around Costa Del Sol, starting from Malaga Airport. Hired 3 bikes from Marbelsol Bike rental at the airport. Do yourselves a favour and don‘t bother using this company. Their website boasts a large fleet of high capacity motorcycles …… that best suits your needs. In reality we ended up with the only 3 bikes they had, even though been booked from early Feb. We received BMW 750GS, BMW 800, BMW 650 maxi scooter. All three had problems and had obviously had scrapes in their service, paintwork etc. The 800 would not select neutral gear without turning engine off and restarting, the 750 had problems with the keyless tank opener etc etc. Also they include helmet hire,and security locks also luggage, had to ask for helmets and told didnt have any, eventually they managed to break out of store 2 new ones, and a rather tatty one. The only luggage was on the 750.We took the bikes otherwise would have spoilt the purpose of the trip. Our first choice was HERTz rental which we had heard good reports from, but unfortunately they don’t open on a Sunday for vehicle returns which we needed.
Also if your headed into the rural areas around Malaga be advised that water restrictions are now in effect which seem sporadic, the tourist costal areas seem to have special exemption."

"Hi Ian, sounds like a bit of a nightmare. I was over in February with 4 others. Three rented from Hertz and the other was with Larios in Malaga. As I needed to return my bike on a Sunday I had to use Larios. Although the bikes that we received from Larios were slightly older than the Hertz ones they were great and came with luggage. We took our own helmets and jackets etc but they had some you could rent. I would defo recommend them if your doing it again and they are next to train station in Malaga so easy to get train from the airport."

I've used IMT in Barcelona & would recommend them
Nearly new 1200s with luggage. Booking & collecting the bikes was quick & easy

Anyone used Malaga Moto Rental? They are advertising smaller bikes and V Stroms. I'm finding big Beemers a struggle these days with my achy bones and sciatica.
