Motorcycle show NEC

A few questions about the show this year ...

1. What's the parking charge?
2. Is it free parking if you go on a bike?
3. Good bargains? Arai helmets specifically for me ..
4. Where do you go to sign up for test rides? Is it all in one place or you go to the different manufacturer's stands?

Free bus from car park to NEC

4. All the ride out bikes are next to a big white tent, next to the arai race support tent. If you enter the NEC itself at that corner, and then go through the doors into the show itself, you should find yourself at the giant screen end of the show, you should then find that the ride out booking area is slightly to your left. As you look at the stand it is a half round, the half closest to you is for the offroad ride whilst the other half is for the road ride. Get there as soon a possible otherwise you'll have to wait around a long time

Parking is free for bikes.

Don't know about Arai helmets, but I bought a Shoei XR1000 yesterday for £170, which seemed good to me.

Parking is free for bikes.

But the security is lax this year. They still take your number and your initials and give you a ticket. But, when I left, there was no one on the gate thus making it all rather pointless.

Parking is FREE for bikes AND cars. There are signs up saying £7 but they don't apply to the bike show.
