Having already been aware that those of you in Scotland hold Motorrad Central in high esteem, I thought I'd let you know of my experience with them this weekend past.:thumb2

First day of a 4 day trip, stopped in Glen Orchy about 3.30pm Friday when one of my mates spots oil dripping from the rear dif. of my 1150GS. Takes the wheel off to confirm that the main oil seal is leaking rather badly with oil on the rear disc and tyre.:tears :tears :tears Got a hold of MOTORRAD CENTRAL's number and give them a ring.

Despite being booked solid for servicing the next day, but the lovely Jenny tells me that if I can get the bike down to them for 9 am on Saturday she will get me sorted somehow, and the equally lovely Tracy texts me some B&B details from her own phone.:) With that sorted the AA are tasked to deliver me to Glasgow.:thumb2

Next morning the bike is nursed the couple of miles from the B&B to MC where it is discovered that the rear wheel bearing has disintegrated and this is what has nipped the seal. The parts are in stock and I am on the road just after lunchtime, and all for a very reasonable price!!:clap :thumb2 :clap :thumb2

So, big thanks to all involved at MC, especiall Jenny, Tracy and John (the boss?) who got me back on the road so efficiently so I could continue my trip.:Motomartin They were all helpful, friendly and efficient and will most certainly get my business the next time I go to change the bike!!:thumb2 :thumb2 :thumb2

Well done indeed to MC. Good service like that makes the difference between a good weekend away and a total disaster.
