really enjoyed !!!!!!!!!!! the event
Well done and thanks to all the folks that made it happen
Dunno how the numbers work but a return match would be good

mind you i recon the punters that ran the car engines half the night in the camp ground should have been shot at dawn TWICE feckers:forry

The grand finally was the big hill he let us try.

Simon and gang checking ou the "Big Hill" (I had enough trouble climbing down it let alone even thinking of riding a GS up it, even if it was tarmac)

Neither could it have been done without the co-operation of Knockhill staff and Rock Radio. Then there were the exhibitors and trade stands in the paddock and Mattie Griffin - did you see Mattie Griffin's Stunt Show....!?!?!?

Cheers for the photos Ian:thumb2

Did that hill again today,Does'nt look too bad in the pics,But it was a fair brae to go up.

I have only ridden smaller trial bikes off road and was amazed how the gs's coped on the tracks. The amount of times they were dropped and how they stood up was a great advert for them. Some were real battle scared, body work sewn up with cable ties, bent bars, broken levers etc. But considering the abuse they have to take daily,That they ran at all was a miracle.

We found the 800 the best, but surprisingly preferred the 1200 next.Must admit to not liking either 650 model.:rob

That's me that is.

Out again to day but the conditions were really bad and I ran out of skill.. To much for an old geezer. As others have said thanks to everyone involved in making this happen.

Knockhill.

Just a quick thanks to Simon and all the lads for a great weekend, on the off road section. Great fun had by all and now finding an area to get the gs out on but I myself enjoyed the 800 the best for overall.
Had a blast round the track on the 1000 rr, but rather be happy to stick to the mud and trying not to fall off. Thanks again lads.:thumb:thumb

First post - but had to say thanks to all involved in Saturdays day out.
Tried the mud plugging - superb and a quality laugh all in.
Unreal the gulf between people who can ride off road and those who tried it first time.
One bloke in our group made it look so easy when everyone else was knacked from picking bikes up!
Fact he was wearing KTM clothing kind of gave the game away.
Again thanks to all involved.

Sorry for the delay, this thread may be a bit cold but I've been away
working in a land of no comms.

But just to add +1 to the had a laugh/good day comments,
and thanks to all who were involved in setting it up, hopefully
roll on next year.

Oh yes I had a couple of "off's" doing the muddy stuff & managed to
brake a clutch lever & bend a gear lever on a F800GS, to which the
guys from ORS just went,. "no worries as long as you are alright."
good folks good day. If only I didn't have to leave to go to work,
would have loved another go in the afternoon. Bleeding work.

Again much thanks to those involved.
Cheers
