Says a lot about a dealership when someone has to post as above. Says to me that this is not how they normally treat customers. Is this the first time you have had a good experience there?
I was so well served at Motorrad Central Glasgow that I bought my Beemer from a Moto Guzzi dealer.
Oh, sorry I forgot, I got a free coffee at Motorrad Central.

The story:
I bought a new bike.
I was very happy with the deal.
At speed and on the brakes at low speed the bike wobbled.
I called them up,
They sent a truck to collect the bike.
They replaced the front tyre.
They returned the bike.
The whole way through the process they kept me informed of what was going on.
I live 96 miles from the dealer.
In every dealing I've had with Motorrad Central they have been excellent.
And the coffee is good.
That's all.
