Motoworks "dam good"

I have had dealings with Sherlock's three times. Twice on the phone, both times I talked to the same guy, a very helpful guy even when I had tidings of woe.

The other time was by email, asking a few questions about parts fitting other bikes within the same model range. This fellas reply was quite frankly rude. I was in so many words told to f..k off and go buy something else.

So it seems there is a fella/arse at Sherlock's that is single handedly turning the potential customers off what 'I have on good authority' is supposedly a very good company to deal with.

Motorworks also have a guy who is less than willing to help. But he ain't an arse.
Now when ever I call them I ask if Darren is free. He is as you've said always willing to go just a little further than one expects. :thumb2

Spoke to motor works today and passed on my thanks for there help and great customer service, I also told them that I had posted a good report about them on this site, the lady a spoke to couldn't believe it and said see would pass my thanks on to every one who works there. I replied "to right, we complain when things are wrong, its only right that we give thanks when we have excellent service.

Sherlock's, you need to play catch up...:tosser:tosser
