Mounting a phone on the handlebars

So , I ve got a new Nokia N8 with sh*tloads of memory and I want to use it as video recorder on the bike.
Does anyone know of a phone mount with tripod thread , as I have a ram mount with camera attachment , or some other way of securely mounting a phone on the handlebars?

Using the same mount, remove the camera attachement and replace with diamond base RAM-B-238 then either ... choice of cradle suits Nokia N8, RAM-HOL-PD3 or second option is RAM-HOL-UN4 .. my preferences in that order.

Are those the right cradles?
I can't see how i'm going to video anything through the solid plastic?
