Moving recorded routes (full info, not just GPX route) to new phone

Has anyone moved to a new phone and worked out how to transfer all the recorded route info to the new phone?

I have a bunch of European touring info I'd hate to lose just because I move to a new phone.

In my case it's Android moving from a Huawei P20 Pro to a Pixel 7 Pro. As I can't find the files on the P20 I am assuming the files are held in the App's data but can't anything that explains how you access and transfer it.

I am guessing but don’t you just log into your BMW Connected account on the new phone and they should appear?

What's odd is that I wasn't logged onto the App on the old phone and I could see all the routes which kinda confused me. Also took some time to get the p/w reset email from BMW so I was floundering for 30 mins trying to find the data.

I got my routes and though it was obviously really I won;t delete the post in case someone else futzes around with the same issue as I had.
