Everytime I go to a website using quicktime, I get this (below), so end up opening windows explorer where all's fine. What do I need to change on Mozilla for it to work. Big easy words/instructions please :D

one more check ...grasping at straws

goto control panel, then quicktime , select the browser tab then MIME settings - select Use defaults - try the quicktime clip again

are you using the latest version of firefox (1.5) ?

Unshift... thanks mate... I wasn't having a problem getting Firefox to play Quicktime movies over an internet connection but I have some CDs that come with Digital Photo magazine that wouldn't play in the browser as they should without me playing around. Went into the MIME settings and ticked a box and all is fixed. :thumb :thumb

Sorted it - they give you quicktime with itunes, which is a bit of a pain in the arse.

Anyway, as I've got itunes, I did an update on that and now it all works - it was quicktime stuff within webpages that wasn't working.

Cheers for the help anyway :beerjug:
