Hi,

Often I try to play music thro my 660 but it show no songs, I have to turn it off then turn it on before it works.

I have about 2gb songs on a 10gb card, but the card is quite old, would a quicker one solve it ? Any experiences ?

Thanks

According to some on the Zumo forum, this has been a long running problem, though I've never had it with my 660... it appears to have been sorted out with the latest software update though..

Is yours up to date? (sorry I don't have the current update number to hand).

If you have all the songs in the one folder the Zumo operating system struggles. Worth trying splitting the songs into separate folders. If you use iTunes you can have it consolidate your songs and it will sort them into folders for you then put the folders on the card.

Had this for years. The latest firmware IME has solved it. I've been using an 8GB card since day one, which is always full and gets stuff thrown on/off. Don't have the patience for OCD folder naming, its quicker to restart it.

If you find the unit powering off on a particular track, just skip it.
