Mpeg to 3gp converter ?

Help
I have a Sony W810i phone and would like to put some music videos
on it ,
i've tried a couple of converter programs but end up with a postage stamp
sized picture and very poor sound

Any ideas

I use Imtoo 3GP Video Converter and it works a treat. It can also convert various other file types too. This is a free trial version that you have to buy after the trial elapses, but I downloaded a cracked version from eMule that works great.
