MPH Speedo needed

A friend of mine has recently purchased and imported a non uk spec 1200GS, circa 2004. Now before he can get it on the road he has been told he will need a new speedo that has MPH on it or a MPH overlay under the glass.

If anyone knows where I can get a speedo on his behalf I would be very grateful

i would check the law out here,yes this used to be the case but you certainly dont need a mph speedo for the mot any longer .Regards
