MPH vs KPH

just wondered with so many travelling overseas across the channel is there a way to switch from miles per hour (mph) in the main dash to kilometres per hour (kph)?
I prefer KPH simply because that's what i am used to but are UK GS - GSA´s only MPH?
This for the new 1300 GS / GSA models

Isn't it the same as the 1250 GSA? I thought they all used almost identical displays
