I know that I can delay me e-mails going out immediately by pressing "View" and "Option" but can I do the same with a block of e-mails?

Eg most mornings I come in early to prepare a load of e-mails to be sent out by 9am. It would make my life a bit easier if I could prepare them the night before, but not send the lot till the following morning.

I could of course adjust each e-mail individually, but sometimes I have 30 to 50 e-mails to send (the record is approx 175) :eek so it would be far easier to do the lot in 1 go, if it was possible. :nenau

Yes. File - Offline will take your machine off the server, so you're preparing your emails locally on the machine. When you "send" them, they will only go as far as your Outbox until you once again connect to the server, when they will all fly off into the ether.

You can do even better than that ... as you type the message click on options on the toolbar... Then do not deliver before...
Does that make sense???
Yes, it makes sense Richie but it only seems to work on idividual e-mails, rather than a batch. :(

I was hoping to just highlite a batch of e-mails while they were still in the Outbox and change the delivery time for the lot in 1 fell swoop, but unless I'm missing something Outlook doesn't allow you to do that.

I've tried Ian Ms suggestion tonight. Lets see if it works tomorrow morning.
