Muffs - anyone need any ? placing an order

FWIW £32.95 from Scootgear + £10 P&P or collect from a number of London based dealers.

When I called they asked me if it was for a GS :yikes so I guess there have been a number of enquiries from here. Perhaps we can badger them into a club discount? How many others are looking to buy?

For fecks sake - the postage should only be £5 max. I'll start doing them again if people want to pay £10 postage

Don't get the 323 models, they have the bar end fixings, you don't need them, and they'll get in the way when you try to push/manouvre your bike around, because the muffs won't bend with your arms ( if you know what i mean)

Yes I thought it was steep - I'm in London on Friday so I'll see if I can pick them up then. Otherwise I might have to try and find a friendly London based GSer who'll pick them up for me and post them out for a fiver...

Steptoe: If you are planning to order more gauchos (and muffs if you can deal with the hassle) please count me in on both. October is only 8 weeks away!

best regards
Simon

Hi Niel,
Just a little confused at the moment, if you are doing an order for Gaucho's and muffs, please count me in for both to suit my 1150.
Thank you.
John

don't leave home without them :thumb

has to be very cold before i need the heated grips along with the muffs now ;) and that's me with the GS thin gloves.

another no-ripoff fine product from Mr. Harrison :thumb

I'm in.

But when I asked St Eptoe about these in the spring the reply was unprintable.

Apparently Italian suppliers do not conform with his (very reasonably) high standards of customer care - ie delivering what you said you would, when you said you would.

So Neil, if you're going for it, I'll have a pair, if you're not, I completely understand.

Does anyone know the specific part number for the shitebag/Gaucho people have bought from Neil before?

Hi Neil
Count me in for some muffs too please IF you're doing them again. As already said before, no problem if not. Sounds like you've had a rough ride with the suppliers so fully understand.

Cheers Burf

shite bag for me,i promise to pay this time......loz

Read the date of the first thread   .

I'm not ordering anything right at this moment, because it's not the season for muffs and gauchos. But i will do in a few weeks time, when the italian producers will ( hopefully) be back manufacturing what the punters want . :thumb

O great Steptoe, :bow I have a confession to make. :o I got these lovely items in March (see previous post) and quickly added them to my machine.:thumb I have cried out in thankfulness to you many times after appending them to my transportation device. You are such a wise and wonderful person for perusing the Italian markets and suppliers of such garments. :bow My confession Father, is this, I have not taken them of my dear 1100 since I put them on. I may have looked a fool to all and sundry as they thought I was stiffling in the summer heat, and affected by the drag of them. :o I insist that I will not be taking them off now for this coming winter. If there is some penance for this, please let me know:bow:bow:bow

You are, indeed, a martyr to the muff - you deserve to be sainted. Henceforth you shall be known as -

SAINT MUFF :thumb
