I've been scratching my head trying to decide which GPS system to buy.
For road use only, I'd probably buy a PDA and Tom Tom software, although I like the idea of a rugged, waterproof solution e.g. Street Pilot III Deluxe (too expensive) or V (memory is too small).
However, as I also like mountain biking and walking, I wondered if I could buy a unit which would be suitable for all three e.g. the new Garmin GPSMAP 60C or the Magellan Meridian Platinum/Colour.
The Garmin is compatible with City Select Europe, although I'm not sure if it autoroutes, and the Magellan needs an additional Mapsend CD (I think) to autoroute (I think), but I'm not sure if it's any good.
Any advice would be appreciated.
