I thought this was not possible, but...

Even though i can only connect one at a time (which is what i'm after), i found out last night that i can connect multiple devices to the bluetooth dongle on my Autocom. In last nights test, I have a work Blackberry and personal Sony mobile. I was able to pair both devices and switch from one to the other and back, disconnecting first.

This should simplify the connection when i eventually get the Garmin Zumo 660, as i'll be able to select that the phone connects to the Garmin and the Garmin to the Bluetooth intercom, or when not using the GPS, my phone connects directly to the Bluetooth connection

I don't want to rain on your parade, but there are reports on the Zumo Forums that, unlike the Zumo 550, on the 660 you can't seperate the audio so that you can send just mobile phone over bluetooth to the Autocom dongle and music over hardwire. I believe it's both or none :nenau

Hmm, yes. Will keep an eye on this Zumo Forumthread - which is particularly confusing!!

At some point it suggests commands and music can be wired and phone can be BT'd, but it's contradicted later. :blagblah

I downloaded the 550 manual to compare it to the 660 one and it's missing the nice grid of how you can route audio to different sources, so it's not looking good. :blast

May need to go for the newer Autocom after all, unless there is a mod to remove the 50% mute on Aux2 when talking...?
