MV Motorrad Screen Light Top

HI Folks,

has anyone tried these or anything like them. I've got 1150 Adventure (with Tobintors) and am looking to improve the airflow. I'm 6'4, and whilst the Tobinators make a big difference, I'm sure it could still be better.

Any suggestions greatly receieved.

I bought the larger item with the slot cut into it, at the Biker meeting last year.

Paid equivalent of approx £ 55 at the show.

Has been fitted to my GSA ever since. Initially seems strange being on top of the normal screen, but soon got used to it. I am only 5' 8in but I can still see over the top of it no problem.

It does make the original screen flex alot more than usual, in so much that I never noticed the original moving before fitting the extension. However, it also works very well.

If I move my head to right or left of centre by a few inches, the increase in buffeting is very noticeable.

So in summary, probably a good investment for you to make.

Thanks for the responses guys, seems like it could be worth investigating further.

I'm currently torn between this, the laminar lip and an MRA Vario.

I guess cost will probably be the deciding factor - but who knows.
