Ok so managed to pick up a @ for ok money that requires some tidying but was cheap and runs spot on.

Will be fitting new SM PRO rims and alloy panniers and well thats about it bar a good service.

This will go nicely with my gpz and kx. so for the price of 1 heavily modified Bmw Dakar i have got 3 bikes (funny i still ended up with a loan as managed to spend 1k of my bike money some how while i browsed for bikes)

decided get the older one as why spend 3k for a bike thats essentially same bar silver rims and slightly different shae screen

(c) terminator 2 :D

bet it sounds ok with the pipe too

no bike matches the saintune i had on the f650 dakar.

was so loud no one would ride behind me as even with ear plugs lads used be driven mad

laser is a nice sound and depp rumble but not overly load

ya grand bike for what paid so will keep me going for a while

keep the chin up john.

those dakar's are cracking bikes but a bikes a bike right? Enjoy it !

Looks good plus few tasty extras
well wear..ride safe

well for 2 up its way better than dakar.

but its nice bike and feels good be on a bigger bike again as i look like bear riding a rabbit on anything smaller.

goz now is getting there and really looking forward to riding it

.... like the look of the seat, what make is it ? And lots of happy biking -

Nice looking bike, saw a number of them in the Alps over the last couple of weeks, they look pretty sweet.

Those old XRV 750's are lovely bikes, but that seat looks far too low for us lofty GS riders!

its actually tall enough.

not too low but just right for 2 up. its more the pillion seat is higher than usual

i will be upgrading suspension in time so will give it a bit of a lift
