Mine died recently. I wanted to replace it with a VARTA and went on to their site to check out the references.
For the R1100GS, VARTA are showing a 519 013 017 3100
I called a stockist in Paris who tells me that he's not showing that ref for my bike, but that he's got a 518 014 015 3100 at 40 Euros. He says that this is the right battery for the application.
Meanwhile my BMW dealer want 140 Euros for a new battery but I don't have the reference.
What reference should I be going for?
