My gs 1100 left me on the side of motorway

Classic wiring issue and not the sensor itselfI think all you lads on here saying it was the hall sensor was on the money
Don’t suppose you can complain too much
It’s lasted 32 years
It’s my first actual breakdown on it
And that wouldn’t have happened if I’d listened to you lot and replaced it when I got it

Just a quick one
Couldn’t find where to post wanted bmw parts so I’ll try here and probs get a rollicking
I was knocked off my gs last week and ended up in hospital
I’m home now and the other part admitted liability snd I’ve explained the bike stays with me
I’ve got most things to repair it but I need the right hand as you sit on it rocker cover
It’s not leaking but had a right pisser
So if anyone knows where’s one I’ll purchase it
I’ve found a few on eBay but they’re all scuffed
