I thought I would try and put up a photo of my 2013 GSA, I hope it works!!
Superb bit of kit, I'm looking to take it on a tour over the summer, here's hoping for decent weather.

Yep, you seem to have mastered in two posts what it took me 200 I.e. getting a picture to upload. Anyway, welcome to the site and yes...I have the same and they are a great bike and a brilliant tourer. We are off for a short 6 day hop to France on Friday...can't wait.

Great bike. Also have a 2013 TB (and panniers) but without tinted screen. Thought about one, but wasn't sure so stayed with the clear OEM.

I thought the Triple Black came with a dark screen as standard?

The extras pack with the run out deal included a dark screen IN ADDITION to the clear screen.

Mine is still in its box as I prefer to be able to see clearly through the standard screen.

I love my triple black, certainly it's my best bike to date and will probably be my last big Beemer. Sadly I have just pulled out of the World of BMW Garmisch tour, it seemed a poor use of over £2,000. That's a decision I shall probably regret.

My GSA was new last June and came with all the goodies on offer which did include the tinted screen - don't think the screen was included prior to this though..

A great bike for every day and touring. Use it as much as you can.
I look over rather than through the screen and def prefer the cool black look. However I find the Givi Airflow 330 does a much better job than the standard GSA screen.

Thanks all, yes I can see over the screen so went for the looks rather than practicality and also have the extra Touratech spoiler which makes a major difference( visor open motorway speeds)
This was a Sept 13 bike which came with the goodies sat nav, panniers,screen etc and have since bought the top box (easier filtering) and headlight protector
I've banned myself from Nippy Normans and Touratech now!!!

Might need to buy the Touratech spoiler. I'm 6ft 4in so I do get a bit of buffeting

I have a legal tint on my Shoei Hornet helmet so didn't think a tinted screen (double tint) was a good idea. Looks good though and sets the bike off.

Of course I look over the screen in normal riding but avoiding objects immediately in front of the bike whilst crawling along in traffic, potholes and the like, require good visibility through the screen. I'm 5'10" and the screen height of the standard GSA is perfect, I can ride visor up and buffeting levels are fine.

Your bike looks very nice, welcome to the forum.

I have had mine since 2011 and have added a headlight protector and oil cooler cover.

Apparently the headlights are around £300 if you crack a lens and my oil cooler was looking
decidedly second hand after taking hits from a few large insects.

Yeah, a no brainer really £300 plus for headlamp or £35 for a protector

I have the MRA X screen on mine....prefer it over the Touratech thingy as it means I don't have a lump of metal to look through. Same effect, no buffeting at any speed....great addition.
