Id like to know pros cons of the "Nippy Norman Spotlight Set-£140" compared with the "Hella Micro DE Fogs Kit-£73".

Is one better than the other or are they the same??

P.S. I want a fairly budget set of lights so no need to recommend something thats superior but far pricier!

Just looked and I cannot seem to find the spot light sets that you are talking about from NN Can you post a link?

But IMHO Micro DEs are the way to go.

Without wishing to add insult to Mr Nippys otherwise impeccable high quality stock of goodies, but leave these alone.............

Trust me, the DEs are the way to go, mounted on a lightbar

I've used MicroDE's and would concur with BTBR. Try PDS in stoke for the MicroDE's. I got mine alot cheaper than £73. I would guess they could get them posted to you and still save ya money (unless price has changed considerably). PDS Telephone: 01782-744556.
I rang em for ya, price is £59 inc vat but unfortunately you'd have to pick them up. Pre-order to ensure they are in stock.
Hope this helps get you a better deal from your supplier.
