After reading the cleaning thread set up by another member I decided to give my bike a good coat of ACF 50 after I deep cleaned it yesterday. Due to the fantastic weather today down south I went out for a little ride down some B roads to rack up some milage prior to its first service and ended up doing about 50 miles on some really shitty roads, the bike now looks dirty, used and awsome!

Thanks :thumb2

Had my spanking new GSA since Sept, it too is sitting outside work covered in back lane shite, It's also coated in ACF-50 so let's hope it's as good as it's supposed to be! I'm usually very anal about cleaning my bike but there's something very satisfying about parking it up covered in crap and walking away as it steams and hisses. Propper biking that's what I say!

Any chance you could post a pic of your bike with the acf 50 on it...i have some boeshield and want to see how the acf looks in comparison to the boeshield...cheers

No probs, I'll take some action snaps in the morning and post them.

I think you need to try harder . . .

It's as dirty as I can bear to leave it

Having come to GS's from sportsbike land it's hard to break the "Shiny and polished is good" mentality.......................I'm learning though

Please take that rear plastic thing off, it looks 10x better :)

well I prefer the look of it in place. Whether it really serves any purpose or not I like it as a GSism

(no not gizm)
