Being something of a 'pimper', I quite like it.. :thumb

Inspired by the 'Angel Eye' BMW car ones......or is it one of them ???

Slightly chav maybe..... sort of reminds me of Vauxhall novas with bean can exhausts and spotty types!

I bought a set of 4 from ebay for £10.50. The two smaller ones fit the GS headlights. :) They stick on the outside but it shardly even noticable. Plugged the wires in where the sidelight bulb went and glued the light itself on with bostik clear adhesive. Took about 15 minutes and is reversible in half that time should I want to.. :)

Didn't Sherpa post a howto putting the LED's inside the lamp??

..... i've ordered a set and will let you know if they are able to be fitted inside the glass as mine are.
Looking at the info available I think it may be a no go for the dip beam lamp as it is rather busy inside with the projector part.

I'll keep you posted

The original and still the best - please don't ask for any, they're unique! :)

Not seen you for a while Simon, hope all is well with the new bike

Sherps ;)

Taipan don't sulk - just improve!

I'm still awaiting the arrival of the 'angel eyes' but can you not fit them inside the lamp rather than on the glass?

If you split the lamp,as in my earlier thread, and then fix the 'angel eyes' inside using silicone.
There may be a problem with the dip beam unit though as you have to 'feed' the leds in around the projector part of the lamp inside and I'm not sure yet whether you can seperate the top of the 'angel eyes' as they look as though they may be a complete unbroken circle.

Have a play - it'll keep you amused on the long dark evenings

Sherpa ;)
