Sold MZ TS250

Had this a little while .recently I have done a full service new tyres chain quard rubbers.new clutch.
It has fitted by the previous owner a mikuni carb and electronic ignition. Sill running on 6 volt.
5 speed
All electrics work as they should.
I did 88 miles on today .no probs if your not in a hurry.
Now please understand its over 40 years old and has never been restored. So has plenty as they say patina.
Obviously free tax and no mot needed.
But that said I like it that way
It's a bit quirky.and a cheap way into classic bikes if that's your thing
Price is a fixed grand .and buyer collects from co durham.

I had one in 1978 when the 5 speed TS came out. Loved it - no slouch if I remember; top speed was listed at 84mph.
Has yours still got the tool kit inside the seat?

Yeah, but you can't deploy it, or retract it, while sat on the 'bike

Superb bikes, had two or three over the years. Still got my fathers .... it's now with Laughing Gas on here. Toured Germany with my dad after Mom died. Him on his, me on mine.

yes i have ridden away a few times and forgot to retract it ,as once your sat on the bike its just not there by your left foot like a normal bike
