Hi All,
I have a Nav IV with a Scala G9 headset. Until recently I was using a Samsung Galaxy S4 and phone calls through it worked ok most of the time.
Since changing to an iphone (6 - ios 8.x), the phone call audio coming into my headset is so distorted that I cannot understand the other person. They can hear me fine.
To rule out a problem with the headset, I used a different bluetooth headset connected to the Nav IV and got the same problem. I tried an iphone 5, also running ios 8.x and it has the same problem.
I have tried factory resetting everything but no joy.
I contacted Garmin who just told me my device is not supported and then pointed me at a list of mobile phones on their site - not one of them listed as compatible with the Nav IV or Zumo 660.
Anybody else have a problem with the Iphone and Nav IV, or anybody have the two working ok together?
