Will a Nav iv work with the wonder wheel on a 2017 model GS.

I believe it works, but only to zoom in and out of the maps, friend had one so he ended up getting a Nav6

It fits OK but keeps saying power disconnected every other second so can't do anything with it. Works fine when out of the cradle. It now for sale with it's own 4 button cradle.
