Nav Mount Dumbness

Hi - I'm probably being really dumb, but I can't remember how to get my Nav V out of the factory mount. What am I missing? Turn the key anti-clockwise and then pull the bar at the back right? Except that the bar at the back doesn't move and the lock barrel came out with the key in it when I tried too hard!

Is it broke or am I doing it wrong?

There are two sliding bits at the back, turn key, slide left hand slidy thing towards key, then push right one to release Nav 5.

Can't comment on the barrel bit as I've not done that myself.

In my 2015 Owners hand book it's page 141 in the 'Accessories' section.

My barrel came out with the key. It's a known problem, apparently.
Take it to the dealer to sort out. They did mine in 10 mins.

Thanks both. It's now out. It was the left hand slidy thing I was missing. I did check an online pdf manual and couldn't find it. Thanks again.
