OK Ram mount and 2610 ordered.

How do most people wire up the 12V supply to the 2610?

Initially I will use my front BMW power socket.

Is it possible to buy a plug which will fit direct into the dedicated GPS connector in the front of the tank on the 1200GS. I dont wont to buy the BMW wire as this is £60 for just a wire it must be possible to find a connector that will fit.

Ah now you've exhausted my knowledge as far as the specific mounting/powering optios go for the 1200.

I know Motoradd Concepts sell a GPS mount but being a lowly 1150 owner and neanderthal man with a 100GS I cannot say

As no one seems to be answering here try posting the same question in the 1200 forum, they do seem reluctant to come out from there - or PM Clive who will know.
