Navigator III vs Garmin 2820 Mount

I have a BMW Navigator III on my GS. However I'm thinking of securing it to my other bike so I can hot swap as required. To do this I will need to buy another mount for my second bike. RAM mount do a mount (clip in sort of thing) but I was wondering about buying a genuine Garmin 2820 mount instead. My bike is a Buell and it does vibrate alot, I don't know if this is a concern or not?

My question is does the Garmin 2820 mount fit the BMW Navigator III. I think it should but I just don't know for sure? Any other suggestions would be helpful

My bike came with the Garmin bracket, BMW unit fits perfect. They are the same unit. No issue with vibration ( R1200RT).

Thanks zoltan, I have now purchased and setup a RAM fixture with Garmin Mount and it works a treat, cheers.
