Navigator IV

I have a Nav IV on my LC with BMW Bluetooth in my system 6 helmet everything works Ok apart from it wont play media, any ideas

Mines hooked up to Interphone four OK,

Music n Satnav but very quiet been told I need to move me ears down a bit

I had to de select mute as it seems to be turned on by cradle, once I sorted that it now plays when on bike too.

All sorted just needed to pair both again
