Navigator V and speed repeated speed cam warnings.

I have recently purchased a GS TE and it came with a Navigator 5. As someone who gets the Pocket GPS speed cam database for free, I put the latest database on to the NAV V using the program POI Loader.

The problem is, when I am approaching a camera, I sometimes get maybe 4 repeated warnings for the same cam. This is after turning off the Garmin alerts.

It's driving me crazy, one warning or maybe two OK but four, no thanks.

Any Ideas ?

Delete Pocket GPS database.

Turn off sound.

Don't speed.

Anyway, we digress. How did you get on resolving your problem of too many speed camera databases (and their unacceptable four pings) on your GPS device?

The Nav V also has Garmin Cyclops camera data base and these show up on mine at each camera location.
I have yet to load Pocketgps cameras.
