Navigator V suicide watch

My Nav V following an unsuccessful attempt to update the maps....again, has lost the turn indication from the top left of the screen, also missing now is the advisory speed - bottom right.....Any ideas anyone? before I lob it into the sea. It looks like my old Nav IV screen. I definitely selected the updates for the V on Garmin Express......wahhhh!!!

I'm sure someone will be along shortly to help you .... but this is one of the reasons I never ever update my mapping

The roads I like to ride have been around hundreds of year, and if/when I do get to some new roads, in a strange land, not on my GPS, it always sorts me out anyway
