Anyone going to the newly named Motorcycle live at the NEC?

Booked my flight from Flybe - should be renamed "Robbing B's"

An extra £8 to pay by Maestro!!!

Last year was first visit and thought it was an Ok show, this year promises to be better, well I see more manufacturers are going anyway.

thinking of going on the last saturday... is it the 05th December:nenau
Nothing booked yet,but this is the plan as per last 2 years!! :bounce1

yeah 5 of us going this year for our annual pilgrimage to the NEC.

But last year because Ryanair change the early morning flight times,
we decided to go over the night before. So we stayed in the Ramada beside the NEC , had a few pints and a good laugh. Got up rested and refreshed and headed into the bike show to drool over the bikes... and the lovely ladies...
but not necessarily in that order... :D

good to see a lot more manafacturers back this year..

sad to see no mini moto this year.. :(

myself and a few friends did the same last year but we had to many pints and laughed to much, lets just say we were not rested and refreshed and enjoyed the show.
except for liam who had a bad packet of wine gums and felt very sick all day after them (he was lucky it was not the drink made him sick :D:D:augie)

thinking about doing the same this year:thumb:thumb

Checked flights there and it looks like you'll actually be flying Aer Arann if you book through Aer Lingus on the Cork-Brimingham route at least.

I wonder is that risky considering they're in examinership.

After a terrifying trip to Bristol on one of the prop engine yokes a few years ago I promised never again

It's yer own fault for living in that hole...... Loads of flights from Dublin.... :augie

You know what I agree with you

Wouldn't mind going again this year - sat on a WR250R last year at it and knew I had to have one - picked one up in May - best move ever.

No risk at all, fly away! Wont be in examinership by then please God.

Myself and a few lads usually go every year, Dublin - Birmingham with lingus. Hope it is better than last year, as it was a little disappointing compared to previous years...
