Need help with iToons

Simple question - can you make a playlist in iTunes where the tracks merge into one another proper DJ stylee rather than having a gap between each song?
My stepdaughter wants to do a playlist for a party and neither she nor I know how, although I'm sure it's a simple thing. I hope

Yes. Create a playlist. Preferences>Playback you can adjust by ticking cross fade songs. Any more questions give me a dingle.

Thanks for that. Tried it but it's still playing them one at a time Any other ideas?

Can't promise anything but try clicking preferences, playback, tick cross fade songs and move the slide to left. Either that or drink more at the party and you won't notice/care

A good selection of tunes will work better than fannying around trying to segue your music.
