ditch all the chequer plate, including the door lining! (what's the scrap value of chequerplate?). Only leave the sill protection and paint it quickly.

I trust you havea garage in which to do the work and save yourself the embaressment!

Anymore advice is appreciated.

Get rid of the nudge bar.
Keep the rollbar.
Paint all the chequer plate hammerite satin black smooth.
Fit 16" wheels with 7.50 SATs
Fit original grill.
Remove chequer plate to expose the rear crossmember.

In the flesh it looks a nice little truck...... I like it!

Anyone know if the front mounting of the rollbar is actually bolted underneath the wing? I suspect it must be but there are inner plastic wing liners that look a bitch to remove in order to get under the wing ( lazy or what - and it is raining ) I intend to leave the rear of the roll bar on..and also sell the bull bar complete with all those lights on it !!

Off to B & Q for so 20/50 now and some grease from Halfrauds

I was begining to really like this Landy, loads of er character, very quirky and I imagine lots of fun
