Ghost Rider was the tough read following his “recovery” after the passing of his daughter and then wife.
He also wrote one about cycling through Africa - The Masked Rider.
He was a very talented man, and sadly missed by many folk, including me.

Yes very sad - he was a dedicated motorcyclist and used them as they were intended, hence the well used condition of this bike. My childhood neighbour and schoolfriend (Paul Northfield) became Rush's Engineer/Producer, he was a very good friend of Neil Peart and was devastated when he died.

I’d forgotten about this thread. The auction was early Feb, so I did a search on the sales price achieved. Neil Pearts GS apparently sold for $88k.
Much as I’m a fan of the great man, I can think of plenty of other things to do with that amount of money. As long as it makes the buyer happy.
