But are you legally required to were a helmet when riding an Outfit?
In which case.... No problem.
Rider MUST wear an approved helmet on UK roads. & rear pillion.
But side car passenger is totally exempt from any helmet regulations !

but you have to wear a lap belt, I believe.
Not sure if it would pass the approved helmet law test in UK, but it does say following on ebay advert.
I was meaning great for when you take to shows on private grounds. Or just place it/them on the bike somewhere as an ornament.
I personally would not wear a helmet that is open faced again after my spill many years ago, I was lucky not to endure facial damage (improvement maybe) due to me wearing a Bell open face helmet, back was cracked wide open when it hit the kerb stone.
Stay safe, wear a tested and approved helmet while out on the open road.
