Never done this before !

So this morning I was feeling the need to hop on a bike and ride. Somewhere or any where. Ended up booking my self on tomorrows ferry from Cork to Rosscoff.I have ridden in France before but never have decided to go the day before...Its kinda a wierd feeling as I dont have a idea where to point the front wheel . I know that the ride will evolve on the road and am happy with this feeling ... Just felt the need to share / bore you guys with my news ...

I like the sound of this - spontaneous; too much planning removes the "adventure" - DO ENJOY.
I'm catching up on 25 years of living in the same house & doing no real work on the place - it really needs doing & in 8 weeks as my daughter gets married then. The heat is on here but not as we know it Jim................

I have done the same myself got the boat to scotland and thought i"ll head south and ended up in Spain ,best trips are the ones not planned then you don"t have to rush .Enjoy the heat
