New 1250 GS lower crashbars

Hi, new to the forum......

Looking at fitting the oem bmw lower crashbars to my 1st ever GS, a 2019 1250GS. In relation to the top bolt mounting point using the supplied M8, does the spacer/washer fit between the bolt head and frame hole, then through to the threaded nut on the bar tab or sit behing the frame hole sandwiched between this and the bartab and nut. Also what are the torque settings for the M8 and the lower M10s
